After his claim of Unity of God, holy prophet Muhammad’s well-wishers began to harbour ill for him. Friends turned into foes. He braved such hardships which are beyond a pretender and imposter to suffer through. He started his life as a powerless, helpless, unlettered, and unaided coinless orphan. He brought the message of God and succeeded against great nations of world who had plentitude of financial, military, and intellectual means. His teaching “Love for all hatred for none” ; In religious evolution, his was perfection-step of the message of All Blessed Adam to Abraham to Moses to Jesus . Statistically it is provable that his message flourished during peace years. Only after great sufferings of 13-long years, he was allowed by God for self defence but with lot of restrictions; NOW conditions gone, swords gone.Time is for self-excellence with pen. If today some people are abusing his all-peace education for their political wars, blame should not go to Holiness Muhammad. Example= Two world wars were fought mainly among christains BUT blame can not be put on Bible.

It is only lately that Western scholars have embarked on serious objective study of the life of the Prophet of Islam. In studying his life, certain factors must be kept in mind: Was the world in need of a universal divine personal message? Was the life of Muhammad, before he laid claim to prophethood, of such perfect purity as would indicate that he had been chosen? Was the message that he brought illustrated in his life and conduct? The purpose of this study is to institute an appraisal of the life of Muhammad which should be fully descriptive of its diverse facets and should enable the reader to carry out his own assessment of the man as an exemplary human being and as a divine prophet.

This phrase, "love for all hatred for none" is NOT found in the Koran. In fact, there are several verses in the Koran which Allah says he HATES the unbelievers. Are we to believe that Allah hates the unbelievers but Mohammed loves them? I don't think so.

It is also provable that Mohammed and the Muslims were the FIRST to shed blood, not the Arab unbelievers.

There has never been a time, not even a GENERATION, where the sword has NOT been used in the advancement of Islam! Every single generation of Muslims has used the sword including our generation.

Blame CAN go to the Koran and Mohammed since Mohammed's example, the Sunna, is to blame. Mohammed got his Sunna from the Koran. You can look at the Bible and see that both world wars were in DIRECT conflict with the words of Jesus Christ. Therefore, you can't blame the Bible for what self-professing Christians do. This is not the same with the Koran and Hadith which DO advocate war, violence and hatred.

The world already HAD a divine message: that of Jesus Christ being killed, buried, and raised again to reconcile men to God.

"Was the life of Muhammad, before he laid claim to prophethood, of such perfect purity as would indicate that he had been chosen?"

According to history, NO, his life was not 'perfect purity' that would lead one to conclude that he was 'chosen'. He was an average Arab.

"Was the message that he brought illustrated in his life and conduct?"

Especially the Jihad aspect of the religion.

An appraisal that is often not honest from the Muslim point of view.
